1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join Aldi's warehouse team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with your team and management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues to management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
