1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing incoming stock efficiently, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
