1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. You will collaborate with colleagues and management to enhance warehouse processes and contribute to achieving our goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report concerns to management.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive, driven, and efficient worker.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
