1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a full-time member of our warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
