3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect product quality and address safety or sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
