Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation to join our GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As the Associate Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the data and analytics platforms used within the Jazz Global Clinical Development Operations department. This includes managing personnel, processes, and technologies for platforms like elluminate and our enterprise business intelligence application. You will lead a team of professionals, drive strategic objectives, optimize platform usage, and ensure effective cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic roadmap for clinical data platforms.
• Optimize Jazz's use of data platforms through change management strategies.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and team management for the Clinical Data Innovation team.
• Build strong relationships with senior leadership and technology vendors.
• Stay updated on technology as applied to clinical trials.
• Collaborate with IT partners and manage vendor relationships for data platforms.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of clinical trial study design and drug development process.
• Experience in visualization tools and CDASH standards.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards.
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in relevant fields.
