Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and inviting for our customers. Your role will involve collaborating with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to an excellent shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, security measures, and confidentiality standards.
  • Perform physical tasks including stocking shelves and handling store equipment.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of maintaining cleanliness and following company guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or within a team.
  • High School Diploma preferred; retail experience beneficial.
