Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service, cashiering, and maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and displays neatly and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Capable of operating equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
