Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your role will involve merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) for the role.
• Process customer purchases, ensure neat shelving and merchandise displays, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
