Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Monitor inventory, process customer purchases, and uphold cash policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
  • Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
