Director, Global Medical Affairs, Neuroscience-Sleep (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals as the Director, Global Medical Affairs, Neuroscience-Sleep. In this role, you will play a key leadership position in developing and executing an integrated Global Medical Affairs Strategy and Plan for the sleep molecule. Your responsibilities will include working closely with cross-functional teams, leading phase IV studies, and driving evidence generation strategies globally. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Neurology/Psychiatry with 7-10 years of Medical Affairs and/or clinical development experience in neurosciences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated Global Medical strategy for the sleep molecule.
• Lead cross-functional teams and oversee evidence generation activities.
• Maintain scientific knowledge of the Sleep market and competitive landscape.
• Partner with regional Medical Affairs teams to align strategies and tactics.
• Develop KPIs to track the success of the Medical strategy.

Requirements

• Clinical experience in Neurology/Psychiatry and specifically in Sleep.
• 7-10 years of Medical Affairs and/or clinical development experience in neurosciences.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• MD degree strongly preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global and diverse environment.

Compensation

Salary Range: $200,000-$300,000
