Event/Delivery Staff

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Event Staff and Delivery Staff at The PopCorn Lady. As part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences to our clients and their guests. From setting up event spaces to providing excellent customer service, you will contribute to creating unforgettable culinary moments in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces according to plans, including table arrangements, decorations, and linens.
• Assist in food preparation and presentation to meet our high-quality standards.
• Deliver products to distribution clients as needed.
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism and friendliness.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in event areas throughout the service.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage stations for a consistent presentation.
• Ensure efficient table clearing and event space reset for smooth service flow.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure event coordination.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines for food handling and sanitation.
• Assist in post-event cleanup and equipment storage.
• Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Prior catering or banquet service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification is a plus.
