We are looking for an Executive Director, Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations to lead our oncology clinical development pipeline. This position involves strategic operational planning, project management, staff development, and financial management. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our Global Clinical Development Operations leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational aspects of late-stage oncology clinical development pipeline.
• Ensure accuracy of clinical research budgets and timelines.
• Provide mentorship to staff and set aligned goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology with 10 years in oncology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Deep understanding of clinical research functions, ICH GCPs, and regulatory issues.
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
