Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Executive Director of Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations to lead our dedicated team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As a global biopharmaceutical company, we are committed to developing life-changing medicines for patients facing serious diseases with limited treatment options. The ideal candidate will oversee the execution and delivery of our Oncology Phase 1-3 pipeline, requiring advanced knowledge in solid tumor clinical development, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects of the late-stage oncology clinical development pipeline.
• Ensure accuracy of clinical research budgets and timelines.
• Provide mentorship to staff and foster high-performance clinical teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with at least 10 years in oncology.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of clinical research functions, regulatory requirements, and legal aspects of drug development.
• Strong business acumen and financial expertise.

Education and Licenses

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
