Full-Time Lead Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Lead Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our store operations, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store's success. From managing inventory to supervising the team, the position offers an opportunity for growth in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide product feedback and recommendations to store management.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to the team.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Merchandise products effectively for maximizing sales.
• Lead peers on tasks and projects, acting as a point of contact.
• Participate in inventory counts and assist with product ordering.
• Train new employees and support team development.
• Perform within ALDI ACTS competencies.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
