Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a competitive starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
