Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate professionalism, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct store inventory counts and report any issues
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
