Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy of inventory
- Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
- Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
- Experience in retail environment preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
