As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. Responsibilities include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills guidelines
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
