Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cashier, and ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties as per company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
