Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and that customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, stocking shelves, and assisting customers with their shopping needs.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
- Operate store equipment, maintain cleanliness standards, and handle products safely.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
- Experience in retail or a similar environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
