Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of documents and data.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
