Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate cash register and equipment efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
