Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI, where you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations and providing excellent customer service. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and provide top-notch customer service.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and offer feedback on products and store operations.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures, maintain security and confidentiality, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Skills in using equipment such as hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and balers, and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience as a bonus.
• Familiarity with applicable state and local regulations for alcohol sales.
