Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As part of our team, your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Position Type:

Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)

Starting Wage:

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with shopping needs.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and customer experiences.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for cash handling and security.

Qualifications:

• Age requirement: 18 years or older.
• Operate a cash register efficiently.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
