Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the store looks its best, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and merchandise products neatly.
• Stock shelves, assist customers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Monitor inventory, follow cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and necessary equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
