Join our clinical team at Genesis Healthcare as an Infection Control Nurse -- LPN/LVN. Under the supervision of an RN, you will oversee the Infection Prevention and Control Program for one or multiple centers, serving as a practitioner, consultant, and educator for all staff. Key responsibilities include managing Infection Prevention-Control Activities, Outbreak Management, and Employee Health.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with LPN/LVN licensure.
• Specialized training in infection prevention and control.
• Minimum three years full-time nursing experience required.
• Preferred experience in long-term care nursing and infection prevention.
