Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and ensure positive clinical outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Assess patient conditions, document observations, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and assist in nursing assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff providing patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
