Job Description

We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Pine Lodge. In this role, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. The position involves evaluating patients, contributing to care planning, administering medications, and supervising unlicensed staff.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
