Job Description

Join Pine Lodge as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shifts. Work twelve-hour shifts every other weekend, providing efficient nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). Evaluate patients, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe condition, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and nursing assessments.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
