Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Manager, Field Analytics and Operations in the Oncology/Incentive Compensation space. This remote position will play a crucial role in delivering field force analytics and operational effectiveness to support the ONC BU under the US Business Operations and Analytics department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field target planning, field process optimization, field analytics, performance measurement, field force data and technology solutions, and incentive compensation management.
Responsibilities
- Support Oncology team's field strategies and initiatives
- Design and implement customer call planning and targeting tools
- Own sub-national sales force reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
- Create and deliver presentations on incentive compensation programs
- Monitor incentive compensation deliverables for accuracy and timeliness
- Partner with US Data Strategy and Commercial IS and Data Operations teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
- Experience with IQVIA, Symphony, or related pharmaceutical data
- Strong business and technology acumen
- Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- 3+ years in sales operations, analytics, and/or Commercial IT
