Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities

Job Description

We are looking for a Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients with serious diseases. In this role, you will lead the design, development, production, and support of digital systems and technologies for Global Clinical Development Operations and other R&D functions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize data quality, drive efficiencies, and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the development and delivery of digital systems supporting GCDO.
• Collaborate with various functions within R&D to implement and manage technology solutions.
• Provide expert advice on technology solutions for optimal trial performance.
• Identify and evaluate new relevant technologies for implementation.
• Maintain and optimize digital systems for GCDO.
• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience with clinical digital systems and analytics tools (e.g. CTMS, EDC, Tableau).
• Strong project management skills in clinical trials.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience with a focus on compliance and GxP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Educational Requirements

• BA/BS in scientific/healthcare or technology field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical technology in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
• Knowledge of FDA/ICH guidelines and industry standards.
• Familiarity with FDA Guidance Documents and 21 C.F.R. Part 11.
