Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dedicated Manager for GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities. As part of the Global Clinical Development Operations team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting digital systems and technologies essential for clinical trials. This role requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders to optimize data quality, operational efficiency, and trial performance. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of digital systems for Global Clinical Development Operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage technology solutions for R&D functions.
- Provide expert advice on technology and analytics solutions to enhance trial performance.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their relevance to clinical operations.
- Manage and optimize digital systems for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with vendors and partners to ensure system knowledge sharing and utilization.
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive enhancement plans for digital systems.
- Lead cross-functional projects representing GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience with clinical technologies and analytics platforms (e.g., CTMS, EDC, clinical data analytics).
- Strong project management and training capabilities.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage complex projects and tasks with attention to detail.
- Flexibility, initiative, and a collaborative mindset in a matrix environment.
- BA/BS in a relevant field with at least 5 years of experience in clinical technology.
Education and Licenses
- BA/BS in scientific/healthcare or technology field.
- 5+ years in clinical technology for pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
- Knowledge of FDA/ICH guidelines and regulations on clinical trial data management.
- Working knowledge of FDA Guidance Documents and 21 C.F.R. Part 11.
