Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high performance driven by trust, respect, and commitment to compliance.
• Contribute to key sales enablers development in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Establish strong relationships with key customers and establish partnerships with thought leaders.
• Stay abreast of market trends, analyze data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage financial resources in a compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, biotech/pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Proven track record in specialty pharmaceutical sales and account management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Travel

Travel up to 40% required for covering large geographic areas and attending regional/national events.

Compensation

Base pay range: $112,000-$168,000. Additional benefits include annual cash bonus, equity grants, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401k retirement savings plan.
