Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oncology Business Manager to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients through innovative medicines. As an Oncology Business Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing business relationships within health systems and oncology practices, ensuring access to Jazz Oncology products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans, understanding key GPO stakeholders and supporting a business strategy in the healthcare environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to educate on access to Jazz Oncology portfolio and represent Jazz as a preferred partner for current and future initiatives.
- Lead the development of strategic plans for oncology accounts, identify optimization strategies, and communicate critical customer insights to support access and contracting strategies.
- Manage key business relationships with health systems and community practice oncology decision-makers.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and communicate payer policy updates to accounts when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of industry-related experience.
- Experience with oncology practice network accounts/health systems and field sales leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of Oncology, reimbursement models, and healthcare eco-systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments.
- Travel required up to 40% of the time.
