Oncology Business Manager (Pacific Northwest)

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing life-changing medicines for patients with serious diseases. We are looking for an Oncology Business Manager to drive business relationships within health systems and community oncology practices in the Pacific Northwest region.
Position Objectives
- Develop and execute business plans for optimal access to Jazz Oncology products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to educate on access to the Jazz Oncology portfolio.
- Position Jazz Oncology as a preferred partner for current and future initiatives.
Position Responsibilities
- Optimize engagements with strategic oncology accounts.
- Develop account-level strategic plans in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers.
- Communicate account plans and insights with Channel leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Manage key business relationships with health systems and community practice oncology decision makers.
- Educate accounts on distribution, access, and patient support services.
Skills / Competencies Required
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years industry related experience.
- 3+ years’ experience with Oncology Practice Network accounts.
- Field sales leadership experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of hospital reimbursement models and health care eco-systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Travel required up to 40% of the time.
Candidates for this position must be located in the Pacific Northwest region.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business applications.
