Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Position Details

• Full-Time Position
• Weekly Hours: 32-40
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
• Assist customers with purchases and provide outstanding service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling procedures to minimize discrepancies.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
