Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
