Senior Director, Pharmacometrics (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Director, Pharmacometrics to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership in the design, oversight, analysis, and reporting of pharmacometrics programs for small and large molecule compounds in the field of oncology. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to the development of life-changing medicines for patients with serious diseases.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and review pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Apply model-informed drug development principles to guide decision-making processes.
• Hire, develop, and retain key talents while ensuring high performance and adherence to Jazz values.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines, manage partnerships, and ensure high-quality review of deliverables.
• Represent Jazz as a subject matter expert in interactions with regulatory agencies and evaluations of in-licensing candidates.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
• Proven ability to build and lead a pharmacometrics team, proficiency in quantitative analyses, and extensive understanding of global regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Prior experience in oncology and a commitment to Jazz Pharmaceuticals core values.

Compensation

This role offers a market competitive salary within the range of $220,000-$330,000, along with annual bonuses, equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, and retirement savings plan.
