We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Director, Pharmacometrics to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. Responsibilities
- Lead pharmacometrics programs to support compounds in oncology from discovery through registration and post-marketing.
- Guide decision-making using model-informed drug development principles.
- Manage priorities and seek creative solutions while ensuring GxP compliance.
- Build and lead a high-performance pharmacometrics team.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and foster a culture of transparency.
Requirements
- PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
- Proven track record in successful regulatory interactions, drug approvals, and in-licensing deals.
- Proficiency in quantitative analyses using pharmacometrics software.
- Experience in oncology and managing collaborations with external partners.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to think critically and strategically.

- Market-competitive salary within the range of $220,000-$330,000.
