We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Pharmacometrics to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this remote position, you will play a critical role in providing strategic leadership for the design, analysis, and reporting of pharmacometrics programs supporting our oncology compounds. Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee pharmacometrics programs for small and large molecule compounds in oncology.
• Plan, prepare, and review drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Manage multiple priorities, ensure GxP compliance, and drive a high-performance culture.
• Mentor and supervise direct reports, maintain quality standards, and encourage innovation.
• Represent Jazz as a subject matter expert in pharmacometrics and regulatory interactions.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, or related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
• Proven track record in drug development, team leadership, and global regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in quantitative analyses and pharmacometrics software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in oncology and a commitment to Jazz Pharmaceuticals core values.
