Job Description
We are looking for a Specialty Sales Consultant to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As a Specialty Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting our neuroscience products and developing strong business relationships with therapeutic specialists in your assigned territory. This role involves implementing marketing strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals and objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Educate healthcare professionals about Jazz Pharmaceuticals products and approved indications.
- Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Organize and facilitate meetings to exchange medical and product information.
- Analyze business trends in the designated territory and utilize resources to educate healthcare providers.
- Prepare and execute business and territory strategic plans.
- Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet the needs of healthcare providers and patients.
- Present a positive and professional image of Jazz Pharmaceuticals.
- Comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales experience with preference for specialist sales experience.
- Existing relationships within hospitals, sleep labs, and with neurologists and pulmonologists is preferred.
- Experience in CNS therapeutic sales and knowledge of payer landscape desired.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a team environment.
- Four-year college degree required, post-graduate training preferred.
