Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains its high standards of merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise displays
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and collaborate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is an advantage
