Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store’s operations and providing excellent customer service. As part of the store team, you will stock and merchandise products, operate the cash register, and ensure a clean and organized shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Stock shelves, perform general cleaning duties, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers and floor scrubbers efficiently and safely.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
