Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Work alongside management to provide feedback and improve store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
