Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will encompass various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and deliver exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management activities as directed.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and polite customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Skilled in general cleaning duties and following company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is desirable.
