Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. From stocking shelves to cashiering, your contribution will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professionalism in all tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues and report any issues to store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for safety and confidentiality.
• Flexibility to perform various duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Proficiency in cash register operation and familiar with retail equipment.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
