Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, enhancing the customer experience, and providing exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to store policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
