Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to company values and standards.
• Operate cash registers, restock shelves, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Assist customers with inquiries and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Contribute feedback on product quality and customer interactions.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
