Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to oversee the operations at Store 7102 for Jack in the Box. The ideal candidate will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain quality food standards, and ensure compliance with company procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Train and lead team members to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and delivery that meet 20/20 guest expectations.
  • Comply with all Jack in the Box procedures and maintain operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of previous JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service.
  • Completion of Team Leader training classes.
  • Effective communication skills in English; multilingual abilities may be required based on restaurant location.
  • Basic understanding of computer applications.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift items during shifts.
  • Be attentive to guests' orders and operate necessary equipment.
