Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to oversee the operations at Store 7102 for Jack in the Box. The ideal candidate will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain quality food standards, and ensure compliance with company procedures and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Train and lead team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and delivery that meet 20/20 guest expectations.
- Comply with all Jack in the Box procedures and maintain operational standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of previous JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service.
- Completion of Team Leader training classes.
- Effective communication skills in English; multilingual abilities may be required based on restaurant location.
- Basic understanding of computer applications.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift items during shifts.
- Be attentive to guests' orders and operate necessary equipment.
